The frequency of shampooing depends on how quickly the scalp and hair gets oily and itchy and the hair "heavy" and dull.

To maintain a healthy scalp and hair, a shampoo regime should be once a week, but at least once every two weeks.

Pour VIXXEN Shampoo  on the hand and activate the super foam, before massaging gently onto the hair and scalp, avoid too much friction on the hair but do work the buildup loose from the scalp. Rinse thoroughly.
